In this site we include photo albums of our families, hobbies, travels, and special events.  The most recent events were: a trip to Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary and a trip to Turkey,  The family also gathered at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO for a week of hiking, sightseeing and relaxing.  We also followed that with a visit to Steamboat Springs where Beth was participating in a music festival.  Finally a few days in Colorado Springs with Pat’s classmate, Beth Huttig Rebman, rounded out our reprieve from Austin’s summer heat.  Our most recent news is the birth of a new grandson.  Durham Oakes Deifell was born May 6, 2012 in San Francisco. We are delighted.
